The public site is designed to collect as little personal information as practical. It does not provide user accounts, public comments, membership registration or donation processing.
Hosting
The site is intended to be hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most web infrastructure providers, the hosting layer may process technical request data required to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, request metadata and security events.
Analytics
We do not currently embed third-party advertising trackers or behavioral profiling scripts. If privacy-respecting analytics are added later, this page will be updated before or when they go live.
Local progress and practice sheets
The Your Path page and Practice Toolkit can remember checkmarks or worksheet entries using local browser storage. This information is written only after you interact with those features. It is not sent to Sovereign Communion, is not linked to an account and is not used for analytics or advertising.
You can reset saved progress or clear individual worksheets directly on those pages. Clearing this site's browser storage will also remove locally saved entries.
Private Route Builder
The Private Route Builder can remember which focus area you selected and which route steps you marked complete using local browser storage. This information stays on this device, is not sent to Sovereign Communion, is not stored in D1 and is not used to build a server-side profile.
You can reset a route from the Route Builder itself. Clearing this site's browser storage removes the saved route and progress.
Search
Full Search and Quick Search run in your browser against Sovereign Communion’s own static search index. Search queries are not sent to a third-party search provider, are not stored in D1, and are not intentionally logged by the application as a search-history profile.
The browser downloads the public search index from this site when search is used. Normal hosting infrastructure may still record ordinary page and asset requests.
Reading History
Reading History and Continue Reading are optional browser-local features. For eligible essays, Letters, Guides and foundation pages, this browser can remember the page, last-read time and approximate reading progress after meaningful reading activity.
This information is stored only in local browser storage. It is not sent to Sovereign Communion, is not stored in D1, is not used to create a server-side reading profile, and is not synchronized across devices. Clearing this site's browser data removes it.
Saved Reading
Saved Reading lets you keep a private list of essays, guides and other pages using local browser storage. The list, page titles and save dates are not sent to Sovereign Communion and are not stored in D1 or any other server-side database.
You can remove individual items or clear the entire list on the Saved Reading page. Clearing this site's browser storage will also remove the list.
Share Studio
Share Studio generates quote-card images directly in your browser using the Canvas API. The text you enter and the generated image are not uploaded to Sovereign Communion. Saving a PNG creates the file locally on your device; using your device's native share feature is handled by the browser or operating system.
Sovereign Communion Letters
The Letters form currently records pending interest in the existing Cloudflare D1 Letters database. Registering interest does not create a confirmed mailing subscription and regular email delivery is not active yet.
Before normal Letters can be sent, the email address must complete double opt-in. Confirmation challenges are time-limited, and only a SHA-256 hash of the confirmation token is stored in D1. The raw confirmation token is not stored in the database.
A confirmed timestamp is written only after an explicit confirmation POST. Only confirmed addresses may be eligible for normal Letters once an email delivery provider is connected and tested. The application does not intentionally store raw IP addresses in the Letters database.
Future accounts or membership
If membership or community accounts are introduced later, this page will be updated before or when those features go live to explain what information is collected, why it is needed, how long it is kept and how deletion works.
Changes
This policy will evolve with the site. Material changes should be reflected here in plain language rather than hidden inside unreadable legal boilerplate.
